After the Dominion War, and the coup de tat on Romulus, the Federation has decided to rededicate itself to "Community Building."

The USS Lovisa is a special ship with a special mission. This Norway-class vessel has been specially modified for use as a diplomatic courier. When not ferrying VIPs to and from the far corners of the Galaxy, Lovisa serves as a scientific exploration ship, well suited to seeking out new civilizations and handling First Contact scenarios.

The crew of the Lovisa is hand-picked for cultural diversity and for their ability to get along with others. On a smallish ship such as this one, harmony among the crew members is of the utmost importance. Naturally, there will be moments of stress and anger, but overall the crew are on good terms with one another.

As a sim, we expect that the logs and stories written by the members will serve to advance the plot as much as the weekly live simming, if not more so. This will be a tightly knit sim that gives all levels of simmers an opportunity to explore the Star Trek Universe.
